Updates on the big day...

It's been amazing so far. Everyone enjoyed the website and they also loved those pictures of us that a great friend took. It's less than three months away and it's fast approaching. I just got out of the semester and everything ended great. I mean, even the course I decided to drop in the middle of the semester, not to mention dropping a course was not as easy as I imagined at first... I got an A in it! Now all I have to worry about is my summer research, the trip to Michigan and all the stuff I have to do over there in a very short time period, the FPS convention in DC, and last but not least the most interesting part. :) That would top off a great summer and I can't wait for it. So excited.
Lately I've been working out like crazy and have lost those 4 extra pounds that I've gained over the past two years, plus 2 more pounds. I'm loving my body again and am getting the confidence back. Zumba, elliptical, treadmill and weights are my current friends and they are truly better than most of "friends"; if you know what I'm saying.
Mom and Dad just headed back home and they'll be back in less than three months. This time they will land in East Coast and will stay with us. Isn't that great? It will be dad's first time in State College and I hope I could be able to show him around.
Well, these are all the things that are happening right now and as always, I promise to come here more often. This is more like a promise to myself. ;)

The hardest part...

The whole planning thing is tough. Deciding the venue and the time, well, they were the easiest ones. Picking the dress... It was the hardest decision. I couldn't pick one when I was down to only two. Guess what? I set up an online poll and asked people to vote for their favorite dress the one that they think works best for a summer event, and I put pics of myself wearing the gowns. And the funny thing... both gowns received 15 votes. :)) It was the hardest part.  But no one told me that the hardest part is yet to come.

p.s. It's both exciting and nerve wracking. And don't even let me start on the wedding website. A total disaster. :)) But we've decided to enjoy our time while doing this and although sometimes it is really hard to get every thing right, it's been a great experience so far and we are looking forward for more interesting moments.

What goes around comes around...

Dear people out there, keep in mind that people who don't respect others when they're with you, will not respect you when they're with others.
Every human being deserves respect and you are no better than anyone else when it comes to being a human. Not even when you "think" you are highly educated!
Just some thing real quick to share:
While you're talking on my back, feel free to bend and kiss my a**.
(I saw it the other day on a website, just thought it might be helpful to use sometimes.)

Somebody... that you used to know

Just saw the original music video of "Somebody that I used to know". I've seen the cover by five guys on a guitar and I can't express how much I loved the song at that time, but honestly, the minute I started watching the music video... Wow! Ah-mazing! If only someone could mix the audio of the cover and the original video, I would appreciate everything about it, then.
For now, watch this while listening to the cover.

Just saying!

I treat everyone with respect, unless they prove that they don't deserve it. That's the gist!
Even then, I'll give them another chance. If they fail, that's it. A wise one once said "everybody deserves A chance." Well, there, they get their chance.
There is a slight possibility I might want to give that person the second chance. But coming back from this one? Don't even think about it.
Why am I even thinking of all the people who bother me?
And I'm not gonna even start on where I've been all this time!
